    Gift questions

    How does the gift work?
    You pay once and enter each person's name, email and address. I email each of them that day to say the gift is from you and ask a few quick questions about their reading taste. Then I pick a used book for them by hand and mail it every month.
    When does the first book arrive?
    It ships within 1 to 3 business days of their answers. If it's for a birthday or a holiday, order a week or two ahead.
    How long does the gift last?
    Your choice: monthly until you cancel, or 3, 6 or 12 months paid up front. A prepaid gift ends on its own and never renews.
    How much does it cost?
    $18.48 a month per person for one book, or $23.48 for two books, shipping included.
    Can I give it to several people at once?
    Yes, up to 10 people in one order, each with their own note from you.
    What if they've already read the book?
    They tell me and I send a different one, no return needed.
    Are the books new?
    No, they're excellent used copies: clean covers, tight bindings, never ex-library. Great books don't expire.
